Trying Out A Face Mist

Natio Refreshion Face Mist

A few weeks ago I was up in Lincon and I desperately needed something to calm my skin down. I’d been trying out the Hawaiian Moon Aloe Cream (long story short, it’s terrible) and I didn’t have a face cream with me. I’d hoped that a few days away with just my regular cleanser would fix my skin, but it just got progressively drier. Normally I’m not fond of trying a new brands if I haven’t had time to research them and check they’re cruelty free. But I was desperate for something to calm my skin, so after twenty minutes on my phone checking that Natio were cruelty free, I bought it.

Basics: Cruelty Free • 75 ml • Contains extracts of Rose, Aloe Vera and Cucumber

I used to use the Lush Breath of Fresh Air toner spritz quite a lot, and actually I don’t know why I stopped using it because it’s a really lovely product. This spray nozzle is better than the Lush BOFA which does tend to shoot rather than spray. The Natio spray has a slight scent to it which I can’t place exactly, and it’s quite nice for when you’re a little hot and bothered and you want to cool down.

Naito Face Mist Review

It’s slightly moisturising, slightly toning and mildly refreshing, but nothing that’s going to make me want to re-purchase it. I would say it’s a distinctly average product. Mind you, now that I’ve discovered another cruelty free company, I might just start sampling a few more of their products. I did see that they have a perfume, so I think once I use up a bit more of my perfume collection I’ll have to give it a try.

I get head aches from strong perfumes. Do you have any suggestions for something more natural I could use? I know this is slightly off topic but you did mention perfumes😉

I’m probably not the best person to ask for light perfumes because I have a very poor sense of smell. I need everything I use to be super strong or I can’t smell it at all.
